20-Year-Old Shot In Vehicle Near Medstar Harbor Hospital
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 20-year-old man driving near Medstar Harbor Hospital was shot in the upper torso Friday afternoon, police said.
Officers were called to the hospital's parking lot at 12:56 p.m. for a report of a shooting.
A preliminary investigation showed the victim was driving in the 100 block of South Hanover Street when an unknown person shot him from outside his vehicle, police said.
Officers have not determined if the shooter was on foot or in another vehicle.
The victim drove himself to the hospital after being shot.
