BELCAMP, Md. (WJZ) -- Northbound traffic on Interstate 95 near Belcamp was delayed due to a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened before Exit 80 for U.S. Highway 543 in Harford County.

All lanes have reopened as of 4 p.m., though delays are still being reported.
