CSX said the collision happened in the same location as a May 2013 collision with the CSX train and a dump truck which caused an explosion.

A statement from CSX said in part:

"Assume a train is coming at any moment, from any direction. And nevery try to beat a train- saving a few minutes is not worth risking your life."

Baltimore County Police said CSX Police will be handling the investigation.

This is a developing story. Stay with WJZ for updates.
