BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A chicken salad sold in 15 states, including Maryland, is now being recalled.

The company says the product contains listeria monocytogenes.

Lipari Foods made the voluntary recall after making the discovery.

Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious infections in young children, the elderly, and others with weekend immune systems.
