Police Seize Drugs, Guns After Investigation In North Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A drug investigation in north Baltimore led police to a cache of drugs, guns and ammunition, officials said Thursday.
Community members tipped off officers from the Baltimore Police Department's Eastern District about drug activity in the 2400 block of Greenmount Avenue. After an investigation, officers and BPD's SWAT Team recovered several guns, drugs and ammunition, police said.
One person was also arrested as a result of the investigation.
