June Release Set For Book Written By Late Congressman Elijah Cummings
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A book written by the late Congressman Elijah Cummings will be released this summer.
"We're Better Than This: My Fight For The Future Of Our Democracy" was nearly finished when Cummings died back in October, so it was finished by his widow, Maya Rockeymoore Cummings.
Part memoir, part call to action, the publisher says Cummings weaves through the urgent drama of modern-day politics and the defining stories from his past.
The book will be released in June.
