Beltsville Man Convicted In Crash That Killed 3-Year-Old On Baltimore-Washington Parkway
PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A Prince George's County man was convicted Thursday in an accident that left a 3-year-old dead.
The crash happened on the BW Parkway nearly two years ago.
Christopher Smith, 30, was speeding and driving recklessly when he crashed, ejecting the child from the car.
She was not secured in a car seat.
Smith was convicted of manslaughter, reckless driving and related charges.
A sentencing date has not yet been set.
