Small Cargo Aircraft Hits Navigation Equipment At BWI
LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Md. (WJZ) -- A small cargo plane hit navigation equipment while landing at Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport early Friday morning, an airport spokesperson said.
Mountain Air Cargo flight 8309 was flying to BWI from Liberty Airport in Newark, New Jersey. The plane was a Cessna 208 Caravan.
No one was hurt and no delays to other airline traffic were reported, the spokesperson said.
The FAA is investigating the incident.
