Maryland House Of Delegates Votes To Expand Marijuana Decriminalization Law
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- The Maryland House of Delegates passed a bill Wednesday that expands the state's marijuana decriminalization policy.
The bill makes it so that people can have up to one ounce of marijuana without any jail time.
The legislation, sponsored by Delegate Nick Mosby, passed in a 94 to 43 vote, sending it to the Senate for consideration.
