Mayor Jack Young Unveils 'I Care About Baltimore' Violence Reduction Program
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Mayor Jack Young announced Thursday a new violence reduction program in the city.
It's called "I Care Baltimore" and it's a partnership with federal and state governments designed to reduce violence by empowering community members and offering alternatives to violence.
The program builds on Project Exiled which seeks to get guns out of the hands of criminals.
