Oriole Bird To Be Inducted Into Mascot Hall Of Fame
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Oriole Bird will receive a great honor this weekend. He's being inducted into the National Mascot Hall of Fame.
Usually, there's a three-day annual induction weekend filled with celebrations and fun. But this year, things are getting a virtual makeover due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Oriole Bird is one of four inductees this year. He beat out 19 other nominees during a worldwide vote back in October.
