11-Year-Old Boy From Bel Air Missing Since February 14
BEL AIR, MD. (WJZ) — An 11-year-old boy has been missing since early February, Harford County police say.
Salih Offer was last seen in Bel Air, Harford County, Maryland on February 14, 2020.
He was last seen wearing a gray short sleeve T-shirt, jeans and green "Under Armour" shoes.
