Man In Carroll County Charged With Sexual Abuse Of A Minor
UNION BRIDGE, Md. (WJZ) — A 58-year-old Union Bridge man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly sexually abusing a minor.
Based on community complaints and investigations, it was alleged that Larry Franklin Fincham was involved in the sexual abuse of a minor.
As a result, Fincham was arrested and charged.
The Sheriff's Office would like to thank the Union Bridge Community along with the Community Relations Deputy Colussy for assisting in this investigation.
