Gas Prices Holding Steady In Maryland

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Drivers are seeing very little change to prices at the pump as the summer driving season winds down.

Lower demand has helped to keep pump prices stable and Triple-A sees the potential for prices to drop heading into the fall because many schools are staying closed.

As of Tuesday, Marylanders are paying an average of $2.25 a gallon.

That's down a penny from this time last week. At this time last year, Marylanders were paying an average of $2.54 a gallon.
