Police Searching For Next Of Kin For Keith Carter, Man Found Dead In East Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police are searching for a man's next of kin after he was found unresponsive and then declared dead in East Baltimore.
Baltimore police officers found 53-year-old Keith Carter in the 2400 block of Loch Raven Boulevard on September 30.
Medics declared him dead when they got to the location, police said.
Anyone with information on the next of kin for Mr. Keith Carter is asked to contact detectives at 410-396-2100.
