BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Pet store chain Pet Valu is closing all of its U.S. locations, including more than two dozen stores in Maryland, the company said on its website.

As of Wednesday, online sales on the retailer’s website had been halted.

It’s not immediately clear when the stores will close, though the company’s website said customers should use gift cards and store rewards by December 13.

Not surprised, I quit shopping there a couple years ago. They were usually out of stock on the dog food I needed & the employees were lazy & rude- could care less I could not find what I needed & poor selection compared to their competitors. I shop elsewhere now
