BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A historic donation to the University of Baltimore was made to help more students get the education they want without having to worry about the bill.
Alumnus Samuel Rose donated $5 million that will go into a scholarship fund to help undergraduate students afford tuition and get their degrees.
