Ripken Stadium Worker Rescued After Elevated Bucket Stuck In Air
ABERDEEN, MD. (WJZ) -- A man is not injured after he rescued from an elevated bucket that became stuck at Ripken Stadium earlier Tuesday.
Officials said the incident began around 1:30 p.m. when he was in the bucket working on the stadium lights when the bucket truck malfunctioned and he was unable to get down.
He was around 100 feet in the air. A special operations crew and members of the Aberdeen Fire Department working to safely get him to the ground.
