Best Ghost Tours In Maryland

If you're interested in a spooky good time and an evening that may make your blood run cold, you're in luck.  Maryland is reportedly a very haunted state.  Here are five tours that will introduce you to some of the darker things in the state's history.

Annapolis Ghost Tours offers two options.  The first is a walk through downtown Annapolis and the second is a tour of the area's haunted pubs.  The walking tours are $17 for adults and $10 for children; the pub tour is $20.

Baltimore Ghost Tours

Baltimore Ghost Tours offers ghost walks in Mount Vernon and Fells Point.  The Fells Point one is a pub crawl and costs $20 and the Mount Vernon one is $13.  The tours last about an hour.

Frederick is reportedly Maryland's most haunted city.  You'll see a variety of supposedly haunted sites, including the most haunted site of all, the place where Civil War dead were embalmed.  The tour is $8 for adults and $4 for children.  It lasts an hour and a half.

There is a ghost walk on Fridays and Saturdays and a tour of haunted pubs on the second Thursday of each month.  These tours run from April to November.  The tour is $10 for adults and $8 for children, seniors and the military.
