One of the best ways to see a city is a cruise (if possible).  Here are some excellent ways to explore Baltimore by water or to have a fun dinner out.

Baltimore Tours

Baltimore Tours offers dinner cruises Sunday through Thursday. They also offer mid-day cruises for a special lunch to break up your workday.  Call 888-848-3822 for more information or book online.  (There’s a small discount if you do book online.)

Inner Harbor Spirit

This is the best way to learn about Baltimore.  The Inner Harbor Spirit’s 75-minute tour will let you know all about Baltimore’s history—including the fact that Baltimore had an Underground Railroad—through  an animated video.  Call 866-404-8439 for more information.

Lantern Queen Riverboat

Based in Havre de Grace, the Lantern Queen offers dinner cruises the first Friday of every month, but they also offer fun holiday cruises.  For example, there’s a ghost story tour around Halloween and a cruise where you can eat breakfast with Santa.  Call 410-939-1468 for more information.

Seadog Cruises

Seadog offers 50-minute cruises around Baltimore.  They have cruises throughout the day, but the last one’s at 7 so (during the winter months) you can see how pretty the city is at night.  It goes from the Inner Harbor to the Patapsco River and back.  Call 888-822-5992 for more information.

Spirit of Baltimore Cruises

Eat a delicious dinner by the Inner Harbor and then party for two hours.  What could be better?  The Spirit of Baltimore is ready to help you have a night you’ll never forget.  Call 866-312-2469 for more information.
