More Efficient Clothes Dryers
BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― Wednesday's energy saver focuses on making your dryer more efficient.
Denise Koch has more.
If possible, locate your dryer in a heated space. Putting it in a cold or damp basement will make the dryer work harder.
Dry two or more loads in a row, taking advantage of the dryer's retained heat.
And when shopping for a new dryer, look for one with a moisture sensor that automatically shuts off when clothes are dry.
