I cannot believe this. This is so disturbing on so many levels. What is wrong with people? Arnold needs to be in jail for a long time. He has true anger issues! What could have pushed him over the edge to open fire on a family of five with children in their car. He looks like someone very challenged!

How about five attempted murder charges instead? This man should not be let off easy just because his bullets didn’t hit anyone! You don’t fire an assault rifle just to scare someone, especially when they have their children in the car. What happens when he gets out of jail in a year or so due to the minimal charges and his bullets hit their mark next time he’s on the road?
