Md. Dentist Sentenced For Selling Hydrocodone
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Federal prosecutors say a Catonsville dentist has been sentenced to 30 months in prison for selling thousands of hydrocodone pills.
Kenneth Riley, 49, was also ordered to forfeit $157,350 and pay a $25,000 fine at sentencing on Monday.
According to his guilty plea, Riley sold hydrocodone pills from his dental office, home and other commercial locations in Baltimore County. Prosecutors say an arrested drug dealer told of buying the pills from Riley, and law enforcers arranged for the dealer to make purchases from Riley.
The dealer told officials he bought about 140,000 hydrocodone pills from Riley.
