Md. Youth Wins ‘Jeopardy’ Teen Tournament

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) — A senior at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville has won the “Jeopardy!” Teen Tournament and its $75,000 grand prize. 

Raynell Cooper, 16, won the event and the show was broadcast Wednesday night. The two-week competition include 15 students from all over the country. 

Cooper hopes to attend George Washington University and will use his winnings for tuition, to buy a car and to donate to charity.

    I AM VERY PROUD OF RAYNELL EVEN THOUGH I DONT KNOW HIM…I ALSO TAKE MY HAT OFF TO THE ADULT OR ADULTS WHO ARE RAISING HIM…IT’S ALWAYS GOOD TO HEAR SOMETHING POSITIVE ABOUT A CHILD!!
