Police: Abducted Children Have Been Found
TOWSON, Md. (AP) -- Baltimore County Police say two children abducted by their biological mother have been found.
Police say Dannelle Wiggins took 7-year-old Tyquan and 3-year-old Shani'ya from their foster mother, who had custody of one child and was working on getting custody of the other.
Wiggins was found and taken into custody Tuesday afternoon.
