HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Hagerstown police say a man walked into the department with a deep, bleeding gash in his chin, saying he’d been cut during an altercation.

It happened Thursday about 4:45 p.m. Police say the victim was slashed with a knife during a fight in a home on West Washington Street. Police say the suspect fled on a bike, but was found by a county sheriff’s deputy.
