
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — Hagerstown police say a man walked into the department with a deep, bleeding gash in his chin, saying he’d been cut during an altercation.
It happened Thursday about 4:45 p.m. Police say the victim was slashed with a knife during a fight in a home on West Washington Street. Police say the suspect fled on a bike, but was found by a county sheriff’s deputy.
Edward Wilson, 62, of Hagerstown has been charged with assault. The victim was taken to a local hospital.
