BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore mayoral candidate Otis Rolley is opening his campaign headquarters.

Rolley, who served as former Mayor Sheila Dixon’s chief of staff and as city planning director, will officially open his new headquarters Wednesday evening on The Avenue in Hampden.

The Democrat is aiming to unseat Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake in the city’s September primary.

      I dont think he’s tainted. He served with her only for a year and left 9 months before she was indicted. He’s a MIT grad and he served under 3 Baltimore Mayors.
