Electrical Fire Evacuates Md. Shopping Mall
HYATTSVILLE, Md. (AP) -- A shopping mall in Hyattsville is being evacuated for a fire burning in a shipping tunnel underneath the building.
Prince George's County fire department officials say no injuries have been reported Sunday at the Mall at Prince George's Plaza. Firefighters say an electrical transformer is burning in the tunnel underneath the mall.
Smoke from the burning transformer is coming out of the tunnel at the rear of the mall.
