Man Pleads Guilty To DUI In Fatal Crash

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) — A Hagerstown man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in a crash last year in which a Delaware woman died.

Cory Kuczynski, 26, entered the plea Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court and will be sentenced June 10.

Danielle Paikin, 21, of Newark, Del., was killed in the three-car wreck on May 6. Police said she was a passenger in a car that first collided head-on with another vehicle and then was hit by Kuczynski’s car.

“said she was a passenger in a car that first collided head-on with another vehicle and then was hit by Kuczynski’s car” Then how was it his fault??? I’m guessing this is another poorly written article.

  2. Baltimore says:

Kuczynski should not have been drinking and driving so punish him for that, but he did not cause the crash so why punish him for someone elses fate. Its crazy where people place blame.

It says he plead guilty to DUI, as he should. It does not say he was pleading to the accident or death.
