Man Pleads Guilty To DUI In Fatal Crash
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A Hagerstown man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence in a crash last year in which a Delaware woman died.
Cory Kuczynski, 26, entered the plea Wednesday in Washington County Circuit Court and will be sentenced June 10.
Danielle Paikin, 21, of Newark, Del., was killed in the three-car wreck on May 6. Police said she was a passenger in a car that first collided head-on with another vehicle and then was hit by Kuczynski's car.
