ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) – The Coast Guard and several local agencies are searching for Mark Harvison, 40, in the Severn River near Annapolis.
The Coast Guard received a call around 3:36 a.m. Saturday from the owner of a 30-foot vessel reporting his passenger had gone missing.
Crews are currently on the scene searching for the man.
