BALTIMORE (AP) — A U.S. District Court jury has denied a woman’s claim of sexual harassment and gender discrimination during Hagerstown Police Department training.

The jury in Baltimore reached its verdict Friday night.

Tiffany Mosby-Grant was seeking $350,000 in compensatory and punitive damages from the city of Hagerstown.

She claimed that as the only woman in a class of 15 recruits, she was shunned, physically attacked and subjected to a hostile work environment. She claimed she failed her firearms test and became clinically depressed as a result of the harassment.

The city denied her claims. It said Mosby-Grant rarely, if ever, complained about academy conditions. The city says she failed her firearms test because she couldn’t shoot well enough to make the grade.

I’m very pleased with this decision. She was not qualified. I hope the standards were not lowered to hire her. These so called quotas must end. Hire the most qualified person for the job.

What? a black person doesn’t know how to use a gun?…Man she should be put down, a disgrace to the brothers & yard apes. This spoonie was looking for a lottery hit & an early retirement income. Black trash, that’s all they know is to game the system.
