Donte Stallworth’s mug shot taken April 2, 2009. Stallworth, a standout wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns, killed a 59-year-old father after Stallworth left a South Beach night spot in March. Stallworth turned himself in on a DUI Manslaughter charge in connection with the fatal accident. Rather than put the victim’s family through a trial, Stallworth copped a plea which included a month in jail, house arrest for two years, probation for eight years and 1,000 hours of community service. He also reached a settlement with the victim’s family; terms were not disclosed.(Photo by Getty Images)
