Man, 60, Charged In Neighbor's Fatal Stabbing
LANDOVER, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County police say a 60-year-old Landover man fatally stabbed his neighbor during a fight.
Officers were called to the 7600-block of Oxman Road early Sunday for a report of a cutting and found David Smith, 46, suffering from trauma to his body. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers have arrested Jonathan Kelly and charged him with second-degree murder in Smith's death. Police say the two men, residents of separate apartments in the same house, were fighting when Kelly stabbed and wounded Smith.
