Teen's Request For Lower Bail In Shooting Denied
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A Washington County District judge has denied a teenager's request for release or lower bail in an attempted murder case.
Dennis Marshall Jr., 17, of Hagerstown is charged with attempted murder, assault and other offenses in the shooting of Colin Williams, 18, on Oct. 17.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that Judge Dana Moylan Wright ordered Marshall to remain jailed on $800,000 bond.
