Stars With Tax ProblemsBALTIMORE (WJZ) — The family of a student with special needs who filed a million dollar lawsuit against the city school system wants a new trial.
According to WJZ’s media partner, the Baltimore Sun, the Sullivans filed an appeal earlier this week citing comments made by jurors that they consideered the impact their verdict would have.
They say that shows they did more than study the facts of the case.
The Sullivans say the system didn’t do enough to protect their son from bullying.
