2 Dead After Hit-And-Run In Oxon Hill

OXON HILL, Md. (AP) -- Police in Maryland say two people are dead after a hit-and-run accident in Oxon Hill.

Prince George's County police say a gray compact vehicle hit the two pedestrians Friday in the 6200 block of Oxon Hill Road. The vehicle then fled the scene.

Police said 55-year-old Michael Thomas died of his injuries Friday. The other pedestrian, 62-year-old Mildred Freeman, died Saturday. Police are still looking for the driver.
