Body Removed From Well In Prince George's Co.

FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (AP) -- Authorities in Prince George's County have removed a body found in a well in Fort Washington.

Police say they were able to retrieve the body Saturday, two days after an anonymous caller tipped police off to the body. The body was found at the bottom of a 20-foot well in the 11900-block of Old Fort Road behind an unoccupied home.

An autopsy is expected to be performed Saturday.
