4 Shootings Reported In Baltimore In 1 Evening

BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police are investigating four shootings, including one that injured a man sitting on steps outside a McElderry Park home.

Authorities say the 22-year-old man was shot multiple times at a home in the 500-block of Montford Avenue about 5:45 p.m. Wednesday. The Baltimore Sun reports the man was in serious condition at Johns Hopkins Hospital late Wednesday night.

Police say another shooting was reported in the 400-block of E. Patapsco Avenue about 7:20 p.m.

Authorities say that at 10 p.m., a man with a gunshot injury walked into an East Baltimore hospital.

About an hour later, police say a man was shot in the 2600-block of Springhill Avenue in the Greenspring neighborhood.

    I’m so glad crime is down thanks to the new mayor. Nothing has changed and will not change until the death penalty is enforced. Criminals do not fear the justice system in this country. Without fear there is no respect.
