GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WJZ)– Two 12-year-old pedestrians were struck by a van on North Frederick Avenue.

The girls were transported to a children’s hospital in serious condition.

The driver of the van stayed at the scene. Montgomery County Police have not yet determined fault.
