Remains Of Missing Prince George's Co. Woman Identified

NANJEMOY, Md. (AP) -- The Charles County Sheriff's office says remains found in Nanjemoy have been identified as those of a missing Prince George's County woman.

The sheriff's office says the remains found in January near Purse State Park have been identified as those of Crystal Keyona Anderson, 29, of Landover. Anderson was reported missing by her mother last August, and authorities say they are seeking information about the woman's death. A hiker found partial remains and search teams later found additional skeletal remains.

Prince George's County detectives contacted the Charles County Sheriff's Office after learning Anderson had lived in the county.
