Child In Grave Condition After Being Struck By Car In Northwest Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A child is in grave condition at the hospital after he was struck by a car while riding his bike at Mortimer and Rubin Avenues in Northwest Baltimore.
The child was between seven and 10 years of age. Baltimore City Police are investigating the incident, but they tell WJZ they don't expect to file charges against the driver.
