Anne Arundel Police Chief Receives No Confidence Vote

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Anne Arundel County’s embattled police chief is under fire again.

The County Council just passed a no confidence vote in Police Chief James Teare.

Teare has refused to answer questions about the scandal surrounding County Executive John Leopold.

Only Leopold has the power to fire Teare.
