Ed Norris: Jones Makes His Bones
Jon Jones kept his light heavyweight UFC title by beating Rashad Evans by unanimous decision. It came as no surprise to me, I think Jones is an excellent fighter and expected him to beat Evans. However, what is significant is the fact it was a decision. Many have doubted his talents because his wins have seemed to come so easily leaving his chin untested and his stamina a question mark. Now that he has won a unanimous five round decision to retain his title I think the doubting can cease. He's the real deal.
