All NFL teams had a three-day minicamp within the last two weeks. What do you expect to see from the rookies? You want to see how fast they can learn the system. Are they going to struggle mentally? Do they look like, in person, what they looked like on film? Are they as athletic as they looked? Do they have a good work ethic on the field and in the weight room?
