PALMER PARK, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County police say a man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman in District Heights.
Police say Felipe Gomez, 38, was arrested on Tuesday, after officers found Maria Delmi Madrid De-Gomez, 37, suffering from stab wounds just after midnight in the 6500-block of Gateway Boulevard.
Authorities say the victim was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police are still investigating.
