O's Draft Hall of Famer's Son, Ryan Ripken
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Orioles picked Cal Ripken's son, Ryan, in the 20th round of the amateur draft.
Ripken, a graduating senior from Gilman High School, has accepted a scholarship to play at the University of South Carolina, so it's still unclear if he'll sign with his dad's former team.
Ryan is a stand-out first baseman and pitcher.
