BOSTON (CBSMiami) – Miami Heat superstar LeBron James went over, around, and through the Boston Celtics during an epic performance in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Apparently, Boston fans couldn’t take getting thumped by the Heat.

As LeBron was walking off the court after pouring in 45 points, grabbing 15 rebounds, and dishing out 5 assists, a fan dumped some sort of liquid on his head as he headed down the tunnel to the locker room.

It’s unknown what the liquid was, though the website thebiglead.com reported that it was a beer. LeBron was the bigger man and just kept walking through the tunnel, knowing he had taken control of the series as an epic Game 7 awaits in Miami.

It was a classless display by one fan that put a bad light on the city of Boston as the Celtics come to Miami to face a raucous AmericanAirlines Arena.
