Bruce Levine of ESPN Chicago joins the Scott Garceau Show to discuss the Cubs and Orioles making a trade before the deadline. Bruce told the show the one of the orioles top scouts was in Chicago for an entire week checking out the Cubs and White Sox.

He said the Orioles are serious players with the Cubs and 3 of their players. Those players are Alfonso Soriano, Matt Garza, and Ryan Dempster. He said the Cubs would pay almost 90% of Soriano’s contract to get rid of him.

He believes that Dempster is the best player to get and it could end up being a package deal with Soriano.
