Firefighters Battle 3-Alarm Brush Fire In Queen Anne’s County

QUEEN ANNE’S COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) — Firefighters are currently battling a three-alarm brush fire in the southern area of Kent Island.

Officials say there are over 20 acres currently burning. They are using air reconnaissance to aid in battling the fire.

Officials are using Reverse 911 to inform residents of the fire.

There are no reports of injuries or property damage.
