Justin Karmasek, 22, was charged with arson and burglary in connection with the fires early Friday morning.
Firefighters found flames on Wiltshire Road and Riverside Drive after 4 a.m.
Police say three vehicles, a garage and a boat were damaged.
Karmasek is being held without bail.
